SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Pinoy One Stop. This Shipping Policy explains how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Coverage We currently ship: • Nationwide across New Zealand • Select items may ship internationally (shipping availability will be shown at checkout)

3. Estimated Delivery Time Delivery times vary depending on the product and supplier: New Zealand stocked items • North Island: 2–5 business days • South Island: 3–7 business days Dropshipping / overseas items • Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

4. Shipping Fees Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on: • Delivery location • Product size and weight • Supplier shipping rates We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.

5. Tracking Orders Once your order has been shipped, you will receive: • A shipping confirmation email • Tracking number (if available) Please allow 1–3 days for tracking updates to appear.

 6. Multiple Shipments As we work with multiple suppliers, items in the same order may arrive separately. You will receive tracking details for each shipment where available.

7. Delays & Delivery Issues Pinoy One Stop is not responsible for delays caused by: • Courier service disruptions • Customs clearance • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses • Natural events or peak holiday periods If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in tracking your order.

8. Incorrect Address Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided: • We may not be able to retrieve the parcel • Additional re-shipping fees may apply

9. Lost or Damaged Parcels If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with supporting photos (if applicable). We will work with the courier or supplier to resolve the issue.
