RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Pinoy One Stop. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide quality products and reliable service. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Change of Mind Returns We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that: • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition • All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact • Proof of purchase is provided Customers are responsible for return shipping and re-shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. 

 2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with: • Your order number • Photos or video showing the issue Once verified, we will offer one of the following: • Replacement (if available) • Store credit • Refund to original payment method Pinoy One Stop will cover shipping costs for approved faulty or incorrect items.

3. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be returned unless faulty: • Personal care items • Undergarments • Opened consumables or food products • Clearance or final sale items

4. Dropshipping Items Some items are shipped directly from our suppliers. Shipping and return timeframes may vary. If a return is approved, customers may be required to ship items to the supplier’s return address.

5. Refund Processing • Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the item • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

6. Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within if not yet processed or shipped. After this period, cancellation may not be possible.

8. Consumer Rights This policy is in accordance with New Zealand consumer laws. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
